Bell & Buxton Solicitors launch a new HR Management service

The commercial team at Sheffield law firm, Bell & Buxton, has added a new string to their bow with the launch of a new Human Resources service for local businesses. Bell & Buxton HR, enables businesses to access operational and strategic HR support from a team of qualified HR practitioners. Alex Ross, Partner in the Commercial department says, ‘We are always looking at ways to add value to the relationships that we have with our commercial clients. We are keen to offer our clients something different to the perceived ‘traditional’ services of a law firm.’

Increasingly businesses are aware that the effective management of staff and use of legally compliant HR policies and procedures is crucial to improving the performance of the company.
