This FREE workshop will take place on Wednesday 14th July, 9.00am-12.00pm at Ice Sheffield on Coleridge Road.  It is being run in conjunction with Interaction Recruitment (formerly Kelly Services) and will be delivered by a team of qualified HR Consultants. 

Titled “Can’t Do – Won’t Do”, the seminar will provide employers with guidance on how to distinguish between employees who ‘can’t do’ (capability) and employees who ‘won’t do’ (disciplinary).  It will be a practical interactive seminar and includes an employment law update and a free consultative ‘Surgery’. The surgery will enable delegates to speak (in confidence) with experienced recruitment consultants from Interaction Recruitment, Solicitors from the Commercial team at Bell & Buxton and HR Consultants from Bell & Buxton HR.
